Wistron ITS Accredited with Multiple International Certificates Including CMMI-LEVEL3

After being approved by multiple ISO standards, Wistron ITS Beijing was certified with CMMI-LEVEL3 after passing its software development capability appraisal. Meanwhile, Wistron ITS Shanghai received ISO9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO27001 (Information Security Management System) certificates. These achievements marked Wistron ITS’ extraordinary advancement in terms of software development, quality management and information security level.

CMMI software development capability appraisal, an assessment model for gauging the software project development capability level of an organization, department or team, helps build software development processes comprehensively with optimization by strict architectural and descriptive requirements. It demands enterprises to introduce compliance policies for improving system engineering and software project development processes so as to increase software productivity and quality. In addition, it has an all-inclusive framework and scrupulous rules for system development and management processes. Nowadays, most businesses in the international software market consider CMMI qualification as a significant benchmark to rate the capability of a vendor to take on software development projects.

Since 2005, Wistron ITS Wuhan and Taipei have received CMMI-LEVEL3 certificates to assure project and service quality. Once again, the Beijing branch’s successive accreditation with CMMI-LEVEL3 demonstrated Wistron ITS’ resolution to strengthen its overall software development capability.

Meanwhile, Wistron ITS Shanghai was also certified with ISO9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO27001 (Information Security Management System) standards, proving its excellence and competence in providing satisfactory and high-quality IT services with availability, reliability and security by gaining the above-mentioned international certificates.
