The solution consists of three main steps: |
The Team.
Building a desirable On-Site or Off-Shore team is critical to our mission. At this step, we select and train the key team members, establish Knowledge Management (KM) database, and set Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Key Performance Index (KPI) for the project. |
The Productivity.
At step 2, we turn to the key factors that will affect the project’s productivity. We optimize the SOP and KPI system, complete knowledge transfer to all team members, meet your expectation in productivity and quality, further optimize KM database, and establish the SOP for new member training. |
The Performance.
After the project is up and running, we continuously monitor the project’s progress in all aspects to ensure consistent performance. This includes close observation and audit of SOP and KPI, promotion of team knowledge sharing and accumulation, and maintaining quality consistency. Any adjustment or fine-tuning required to meet customer’s new or updated goal is also done in this stage. |
| To deliver the best productivity and quality, Wistron ITS has its independent productivity center to monitor project progress and performance, resource utilization, and overall productivity.
